Rental Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to any person renting a boat at “ROCK MY BOAT” from Eemhoof Marine Zeelwolde. 

Booking and Cancellation:– Canceling a booking is free of charge in the case of bad weather. 

Own Risk and Insurance: The renter is liable for damages caused to a boat up to 250 euros.– It is up to the renter themselves to recover damages caused by a third party. 

Rental period:– The renter has to return the boat at the agreed upon time. 

Ages:– Persons have to be 18 years of age to rent and steer a boat. 

Sailing:

The renter is responsible at all times for the boat and the well-being of the passengers. 

This includes any damages to the property of the renter or third parties.

The renter agrees to abide by the maximum speed and other regulations in the area.

It is not allowed to take a boat onto the Amsterdam Canals or the IJsselmeer lake.

The renter or skipper is not allowed to consume alcohol or other drugs that may impede their ability to steer a boat.
